Below, we have listed some of the frequently asked questions. We try to answer your questions to the best of our knowledge. If you have any question, please contact us and we will try to response withing 24 hours.

What is the difference between the Schroth Method and physical therapy?

Schroth Method is a program that can help with re-posturing the spine. The exercises are designed specifically for a particular type of scoliosis. Even though physical therapy can be beneficial for a variety of ailments, without special training in Schroth Method, physical therapy can not address re-posturing scoliosis adequately.
Do I need to have an X-Ray or an MRI?

You do not need to have an X-ray nor an MRI to start with any of our programs. However, having a recent x-ray can be beneficial in confirming the type of your scoliosis.
Do you offer a free consultation?

We charge $120 for an approximately one-hour consultation session. We will credit you this amount towards your compact or intensive session if you choose our services. However, we provide a brief free phone consultation to answer some of your questions.
Can I use my health insurance for Schroth re-posturing program?

Mr. Boroumand is not particpating provider with any health insurance companies. We do not accept any health insurances for our scoliosis programs.
Will you bill my health insurance company?

We will not bill your health insurance for Schroth scoliosis program. Our Schroth programs are a self-pay program.
Can I get reimbursed by my health insurance company?

Please contact your insurance company for any questions in regards to reimbursement. Please note that our Schroth re-posturing program is not a physical therapy program. Therefore, it may not be covered under your health plan.
Will you provide me with an itemized receipt?

To see a sample receipt that we will provide you with, please click here. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with any itemized receipt that will include diagnosis codes or physical therapy treatment codes known as CPT codes.
